Returns & Exchanges

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number. Returns for change of mind or sizing issues are generally not accepted, unless otherwise stated in a specific product listing.

Eligibility & Condition of Returned Items

Items eligible for return or exchange must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria. Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless faulty.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If your package is lost during return shipping, please provide tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
